Matt Willburn

President of Operations

Matt currently serves as the President of Operations for the Behavioral Health Division for Vivant Behavioral Healthcare.  After starting his career as a recreational therapist, Matt has established himself as a seasoned operations and business development leader across the behavioral health continuum of care.  Throughout his career in behavioral healthcare, Matt has developed and led teams to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and strong regulatory and compliance fidelity.  In his role, he supports Vivant’s treatment locations through promoting treatment best practices, operational health, compliance and strategic planning.

Matt has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and completed his Clinical Study and Internship in Recreational Therapy.  He currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Therapeutic Recreation Society.
