Nacole Seldon

Sr. Human Resources Director

Nacole currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources for Vivant Behavioral Healthcare.  In her career, Nacole has led local, regional and national behavioral health human resources strategies, including talent acquisition and retention, employee training and development, and benefits management.  Nacole has experience in implementing policy and training management practices that align with the Joint Commission and culturally competent human resources practices.

Nacole has obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
